Enhancement of our long-term sustainability include special efforts in terms of a sustainable and effective work force and farming community.

Not only is our workplace ethics set on a world class level, but it is also supported by top notch training and incentive schemes, such as profit sharing and volume based bonuses, affording any employee at any level growth as a person and in income earned. Through this we give credit to our maxim: “Growing fruit, growing people”.

For scholars a free after care service is provided in our Community Centre on the farm where children from our farming community take part in constructive activities in the afternoons after school.
